Originally released on Irish label D1 Recordings, Fatima Yamaha - What's A Girl To Do never really hit the heights it was expected to, but in the hands of Thomas Martojo and Casper Tielrooij, the core duo behind the Dutch record label and promotions team Dekmantel, it has become so, so much more. I heard Eats Everything play the original version @ Life Festival, Ireland earlier in the summer, needless to say it went down a treat with the educated Irish crowd, but I had the pleasure of being in attendance @ Saved Records 10th Birthday bash in Fire, London a few weeks back to hear label boss Nic Fanciulli drop Joris Voorn's remix towards the end of the night, absolutely blew me away.
